Sport at Archibald

The children of Archibald have been very busy competing and taking part in a variety of sporting activities.

We achieved our biggest ever medal haul at the Swimming Gala.  We came second and won at least 15 medals.  Well done to our swimming team.

We took part in a Cross Country meet competing against 20 other schools.

Mr McDermott took a group of children from Key Stage 2 to take part in a football tournament.

Mrs Nisbet took her class to take part in a Dance Festival.  Some of our bloggers would like to share about this event.

Class 8 went to the city hall for a dance festival in town at the end there were a group of girls, at the end they done cheer and gymnastics. They were awesome. We danced to shake it off talor swift everyone loves Taylor swifts songs!-Isabella

Class 8 got to go to the city hall we had to wait a long time be for it was our time to dance. We put on are dancing shoes and had great time dancing to shake it off.-Martha
