We would like to say a huge thank you to all the Mummies, Daddies, Grandmothers, Granddads and child minders who came in to Early Years last week to share a skill or hobby with the Nursery and Reception children. It was a very busy and exciting week which the children have spoken so fondly about.
We had adults decorating cakes, showing us how to play musical instruments, getting messy with gloop, talking about dentistry, DJing, telling jokes, sharing stories, salsa dancing, becoming doctors, singing with lycra, planting seeds, making origami, bathing babies, playing board games, making sand art and Katy’s Mummy brought in her gorgeous twins for us to make a fuss of.
Some adults also came in to share experiments with us and to enhance our Science Week!
Thank you so much to everyone that took part in sharing week. The children love having you in the unit.
