Year 2 went to La Tasca on the Quayside to try Spanish food. We took the metro and walked from the station even though it was a bit wet!
Everyone got to make a drink called sangria. It was lovely because it had fruit in and was fizzy!
We got to try lots of different food. We tried paella, bread, fish, fries, churros and even more!
We got to find out how paella is made.
There was more paella than we’d ever seen in our lives!
Churros were very popular with year 2!
We even had time to do some art and learn a Spanish song!
