This week at Let’s Get Building club we looked at lots of different types of boats, from cruise ships to small rafts. We decided that the important thing is that they can all float to help keep people, or cargo, dry.
Our challenge: design and build our own boat that can float.
Our building team worked really hard and made some fantastic boats. Although a few let in some water, most could float in our water tray. The children excitedly took their boats home to test them again in the bath!
