On Friday Year 2 were very lucky to have Julian from GEMS Education visit us to teach us how to Code using Microbits.
He started by explaining how computers need very clear instructions, and this is called an algorithm.
We then used a code to program our Microbit to show a continuous sequence of LEDs, debugging if we came across problems.
Eventually we used wires and a bulb and created a code to make our bulbs light up. We added this to a lantern to create a decoration.
