Christmas at the farm

13/12/19

Early Years had a wonderful day at Whitehouse farm last week. We met the man in the big red suit, performed a nativity, fed some animals, held some animals, rode on a sleigh and even met an owl. Mrs Bayes joined us this year, making this trip extra special.

We asked the children what was their favourite part.

‘Stroking the animals, but I didn’t like the spider on my head.’ -Charlotte

‘The spider was tickly on my head’ -Rowen

‘I liked the tractor ride. Nancy the elf had a plan to wake up Santa’-Luke

‘I like seeing Santa’ -Clara

‘The pigs were stinky’-Emaan

‘I liked stroking the ponies and feeding them’-Ayomi

‘I liked doing the Nativity’ -Nancy

‘I liked the spider and I loved the snakes!’-Avyaan

Thank you to Nancy and all of our elf guides who did an amazing job. You definitely deserve your chocolate cake from Santa.

Thank you to all our parent helpers for coming with us too. We couldn’t do it without you.

Finally thank you to the PTFA for helping to pay for this trip.
