Keeping Fit

We are aware that having active, lively children confined at home will present a potential challenge over the coming weeks. As such the resources detailed below may be of use.

Joe Wicks – The Body Coach (https://www.thebodycoach.com/) will be running a free, live workout aimed at children every weekday morning at 9am on his Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/thebodycoachtv)  He also has a wide range of short videos, some of which the older children will be familiar with after they were used during Children in Need 2019.

GoNoodle (https://www.gonoodle.com/) – A firm favourite with many children, this website offers a wide and varied range of dances, workouts and active songs that the children love to join in with. It is completely free and will certainly encourage them to work off some energy.
