Year 1 have been learning about food this half term. They wanted to know how to make pizza, pasta and ice cream so we set up an Italian Restaurant. We went to Asda and bought all of our ingredients. We then made lots of pizza, pasta, ice cream and a nice healthy salad too. On Friday 7th December we invited our families to share our Italian feast. We had a great time writing menus and shopping lists as well as cooking and serving our food. We made £96 in our Restaurant which was open for less than an hour. Many thanks to everyone who came and especially to the mums and dads who helped us walk to Asda in the snow! A big thank you to everyone who helped out in the Restaurant and made Pizza Present such a success!
